That looks like a plecostamus? Have they got into the Florida waterways? Nasty spines on them so I think that heron has his work cut out. Brilliant shot!

It is. Florida is full of non native fish, including multiple species of armored cats. Somehow the herons manage to eat them, I see it all the time.
