I found this old brass safety pin without a coil spring in an equally old sewing machine table. I don't know how common these are but I thought it was interesting.

Tried some astro photography recently for the first time and found this relatively unknown planet. I think it's Finder, a small and sometimes infuriating planet that often needs a good kicking to get it back into a useful orbit.

Taken with an S120 and a reversed EF 28-105 USM II
