I like that.
The water certainly plays its part well in that.
Looks like bushfire smoke has tinged the effect. Often adds to sunsets in quite a dramatic way.

You are correct the sunset was indeed enhanced by smoke from wildfires, the photo was taken in central Colorado, the next day I travel over 900 miles west of there and the skies were so smokey that you could not see the sky or landscape nor nearly 600 of those miles.
