Found this guy hanging on a cliff-side, above the road today. It isn't one I've seen before, so have been wracking my brain to ID it; as near as I can tell, the distinctive bib and those gray cheek patches have it as a Swainson's Hawk but I'm not 100% confident in that ID.

Found in central WA state, 09/25 2018; relatively open prairie land. The second one has a cameo from the local Magpies :)
