If you are talking about the extenders to move the bulb farther out, there were never any officially available units. a couple of people fiddled around with building them but nothing was productized.

Same is true if you are talking about the cable that moved the light off the unit.

Cheetahstand does offer a low profile Bowens speed ring insert that moves the tube further into the modifier (in most cases). They come in 2 diameters.
