I owned that lens once. It is very nice and a good deal for the price. A person at a local photo store said Canon go the magic right on that one.

It’s a great lens - every time I use it, I’m always happy with the results.

Was out on the moors with the 5D4 and only my 100 f2.8L macro lens. No bees or bugs, so I tried a pic of a pylon. This is a crop and I was surprised at the detail the 100 f2.8L macro has picked up. Never realised there was so much equipment on a pylon!

Very nicely done sir, especially the processing. Were all your recent pics from the same night, or are you often treated to that kind of display?

Thank you for the kind words. Almost all of my photos happen at separate times, so thankfully I live in an area that often has simply sumptuous sunrises and scenery (as long as you like ocean/beach/marina scenery anyhow).

If you ever get a chance to come to the Corpus Christi, TX. area, you will be in for a treat!

That is a beautiful landscape (river and falls) shot.
