Up north yes, past peak, lots of leaf drop from the rains, south of the lakes region should be better but still a lot of leaf drop from the rain, and more rain all day Monday. Coastal section might be good. Good luck.

Oh Oh! Maybe my business trip to Rhode Island on the 18th is already too late?
I still hope to find some of the beatifull colors.
