They are dedicated to the protection and conservation of native raptors through public education, breeding and research.

So many beautiful photographs in this thread.

Something a bit different: a Great Grey on her nest. Wild; saw this in the Forests of Northern Finland. She ast tight while we blasted away. We weren't too close. Shot on my 500 f4 and cropped.

watched this young great horned owl do some hunting last night...it would fly back to the tree i was under every time...gave me lots of opportunities for flying right at you shots...unfortunately i missed most of them :)

out in point reyes...just about every grouping of trees out there has some sort of owl in it...either great horned or barn
