Everyone forgot the marshmallows!!

We were discussing this, next time we burn a house we need marshmallows, hotdogs, and potatoes. We're going to wrap the taters in foil and then throw them through the burning building. Should be cooked by the time they land on the other side.

The Deputy Chief's new white helmet did come out looking like a toasted marshmallow.

Where's the stage? Is this a Broadway production?

Broadway Street is in the next town over. The road behind them is Rokeby Line. (Pronounced Row-ka-bee, not Rock-by as all the non-locals think)

No lines to wait in, it's online sales only until next year. Next April is the earliest that any stores will be allowed to open. The rules about who is going to be allowed to sell it have not been finalized. And it will give municipalities time to decide on whether they are going to pass any bylaws pertaining to the sale/use of it.

So, there were 3 guys standing around. They were wondering what they should call this land that they have claimed. The first man says to the group, "Let's have a 'C', eh?" The second man says, "Yeah, Let's have a "N", eh?" The last man says," That's perfect, but we need a 'D', eh?" The men all agreed.

Thus, today, we have "C,eh,N,eh,D,eh" More commonly know as "CANADA"

News over here showed lines in some cities and interviewed the first buyers. Staged for the media?

Tonight's Mega Millions Lottery drawing is estimated to be worth 1 billion dollars ($1,000,000,000).

If all the possible winning tickets were stacked horizontally, the stack would be 47.75 miles long.

If you took 1 second to glance at each ticket, it would take you 9 years and 6 1/2 months to see all the tickets.
---
The cash option is roughly $600,000,000.
Roughly 40% goes to taxes - $360,000,000 net.

To spend it all in 25 years (no interest or investments):

$14,400,000 every year or,
$39,452.05 every day or,
$1,643.84 every hour or,
$27.40 every minute or,
~$0.46 every second.

GOOD LUCK, EVERYONE!

I don't either until they pool at work. Only then because I would not be able to live with myself being the only one in the office after a win. I WON'T take THAT chance!

That's what I use to do as well but no one at work plays any more. :(

And if you won that kind of money in Ontario..... it would be tax free!

I would own a Nascar team.
