Oct 25, 2018 06:54 | #153 Sorry to ask this again, but I just saw another video on YouTube comparing current mirrorless cameras in regards to their 4k and 1080p performance. Just like the first video I watched, this newer video claimed that the EOS R's 4K looked more like 1080p than actual 4K. Is the 5D4's 4K any better?

The M5 default setting was have touchscreen active while viewfinder was being used, and I must say was the cause of lots of swearing when I first got mine. Curious if you're still swearing. Is the expectation to use the DPAD instead of "touchscreen active while using viewfinder"? I missed a few good shots last night because of nose interference and the focus point was in a top corner instead of the subject.

It was enlarged and does not look sharp at all. It looks like it was enlarged to 150%. The actual crop is tack sharp. User error in uploading images here.
