It took extra efforts to get the background of Fall leaves that I wanted. This is a juvenile Northern Gannet, taken in Nova Scotia, Canada.

Awesome shot of the Gannet. I recently visited that area and the Gannet's helped me find what I was looking for. (Bluefin Tuna) The herring were
being attacked from above by the Gannet's, and from below by giant Bluefin. I managed to get a few shots of the birds diving, but not as good as your photo. That is a keeper for sure.
