Good for you Mel for always wearing a dust mask/respirator.

Perhaps you are part of the reason other people seeing you always wearing something got them to start thinking more about their health!

Well that killed this thread in a very healthy way. -?

Is that what they're calling now? Ok, I'd like a couple of notches too. Please make mine your best house bourbon.

Who's Alex?

Not sure why, but call me JJ.

I miss biking :(

I also miss being able to stretch with careless abandon, sneeze without having to "assume a safe position" first, sleep in any position I want, and generally be able to do life without having to think about how I am about to move and if it will hurt.

5 weeks in now and I'm definitely tired of modified life. The ribs are healing well, and it could be a lot worse I suppose, but this is not fun.
I was at the chiropractor yesterday and adjustments are a bit easier now, but the muscles in my low back are taking a beating from trying to do everything without too much twisting/bending.

I really miss biking. Lovely fall weather is upon us and I want to be out enjoying the cooler weather! (In between all the torrential rain we've been having)

Sux, I'm riding in tomorrow and with every week I can tell that I'm getting less unfit, which is nice :) 50km+ every week has to make a bit of difference!

Hope you can hop on again soon.
