There's a small river running along front of mountain and that, plus that the mountain stands at the front of mountainous country to south, it attracts a lot of cloud and broken formations like this are quite common.

here's another. Mt Roland and the November weather have combined to put on some spectacular shows throughout the day

Nice rain veil on the right.

Thing is though........about 5 minutes after I shot this I was running for cover. That rain veil moved right over me.
