Reason for selling: not used enough

I'm curious, is this too expensive on the used market or what??? Seems like a great price.

I have noticed a few of these. I think the fact that it's a little more of a specialty lens is the reason why they sell a little slower. That and the fact that everyone seems to be going Sony these days. These lenses are outstandingly sharp and work great with both teleconverters, however I recommend the 1.4 as the 2x is a little harder to get great shots. I think this is the best birding lens and works great for sunny day sports with a modern DSLR that can handle a higher ISO.

I loved this lens when I had it. Super Sharp. I think your price seems to be in the ballpark.
