Hey Dom,

Have noticed a strange effect on your images (a couple of other people's uploads are the same but only a couple) it's almost like there is 'highlight' turned on somewhere.

I guess it doesn't look like this for you?

.DAVID.

David Stallard wrote in post #18707280 (external link)
Indeed - I thought it may be a flickr thing as the other ones I have noticed have been links but it's not everyone's flickr links so may be a new setting or something, will ask the powers that be if they have come across it elsewhere.

.DAVID.

one from your flickr feed (needed to check)

Ronin Silv wrote in post #18708480 (external link)
I’ve checked everything David and I’ve not got any problems could you have a monitor problem?

Makes me think of some sort of shadow/highlight clipping warning or 'out of gamut' warning when doing softproofing in LightRoom.

David, what computer PC or Mac and what about the monitor & video card specs...............oh. and what browser plus depending on the browser e.g. Chrome can you see if the same happens in Internet Explorer??? (NB not all browser are colour profile compliant ~ I understood that Chrome is but IE11 is not?)

That was a great meal ~ you must have a good set of pans :p

Very few these days!

The forum is a bit of a shadow of its former self. I remember when we would go through a thread at a rate of knots!

That sort of killed the vibe of the forum. Also, I think more people keep connected on Facebook these days. In 2006 when I joined Facebook wasn't such a big deal.

Been a while, just been super busy and not really taken much in the why of photos...…………….. except back in September I attended a 4 day workshop in Rome with Scott Kelby and my good friend Mimo Meidany. What can I say about Scott ? well I learnt more about Photoshop in the first few hours than I have done in the last couple of years, he is as you see him on Kelbyone

He covered Adobe Spark my Spark page is here https://spark.adobe.com/page/dM0wL2mwjuQEY/ (external link)
