I'm using this with a 300 2.8 for swim meets. Lighting in the venue is poor, to put it mildly. I've found general settings to be manual at 2.8, 1/800, +2/3 with auto ISO - and the ISO is ranging from 10k to 20k. I've considered dropping the EC, but I'd end up pushing the file in post. Facebook

I've tried the NR is LR, but it's not working well enough for my liking. Anybody got another suggestion or any thoughts on another way to approach this?
