I love bands where bass players are the also the front man! Luca Brasi were no different!

The backlight in #3 is superb! I don't think you can even create that on purpose.

Thanks man! It's interesting that if I moved slightly to one side or the other that backlighting would not be there. So finite!!

Yes I often put the spotlight right behind the artist, you can get a total washout if you don't whilst you can even get good face lighting if the backlight is blocked.

Actually, that is a good idea and I like that restriction because some shows allow too many photographers and many of them are only there to watch the show for free. You know them right away because they are not really shooting any different angles and just stand there enjoying the music while snapping photos from the same spot.
