Just a few of the 5-6.000 flamingos at lake Kerkini

Stunning photo. Beautiful light, colour, reflections. The birds make it though.

Love those birds.
The composition, colours, pose.

Very rare visitor here. I think it is Juncos.

Simply beautiful.
The detail and shades of colour all work together.
Very nice.

Simply stunning.
Contrasting colours are beautiful and graphic.
Lovely light across the water and on the bird and its catch make it special to my eyes.

Thank you very much for the nice comments, Richard!

You can choose to skip it. Many people appreciate viewing nature in the raw, including myself.

I have to disagree - I love seeing raptors but not seeing them actualy grab another animal/bird and wrip it to pieces, to me it falls into the same category as those who like to see horrific accidents or horrors from war - as gory as possible.
Just my thoughts and not everyones - I know and respect.
