I'm rearranging my lens list (again) and have my eyes on a new 16-35 f/4 IS II that I'd like to buy. I have a couple of nice lenses that I don't need anymore that I'd like to sell to help pay for the new (used) lens that I've got my sights set on.
The first is a Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM lens that I just had serviced at Peachtree Camera to replace the focusing cam. Its in perfect working order and is in very nice condition. Glass is good and it now focuses perfectly.
I just don't use this lens very much as my primary lens seems to be the 24-70 f/2.8 that lives on my camera 85% of the time. Like all of my equipment it lives inside of a Pelican case most of the time.
I'm asking $325 for the lens with caps, a UV filter and the hood along with the Canon padded bag it came with.
The second lens is my well loved EF 70-200mm f/4 L zoom (non-IS) that I just replaced with a new 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS II lens. Since I really don't need two 70-200's the older lens has to go (to make room in the case for a 100-400 L II maybe?)
This lens has always pleased me with its sharpness and I've taken some great pictures with it - I've started shooting more race cars again and needed something faster to use with my 1.4 extender so thus the new 2.8 lens.
The f/4 lens is in excellent condition with caps, hood an UV filter - it does have a very small scratch on the front element that does not affect picture quality. I'm asking $525 for this lens.
I'm in Roswell, GA just north of Atlanta. I've also got a couple of tripods that I will list separately.
