All the camera lenses in the world will never replicate or supplement the final entry point to the mind.
All the best.
12 months time the costs will be lost in space.
Well was to me, never looked back.

Pretty sure this is a prairie falcon. Don't see many of them around here.

Shalu, you have the "patience of Job" to get so many great shots like this one.

Thank you so much, Mike! Learned a new phrase "patience of Job" Initially I thought, yeah, the "job" of photographer requires a lot of patience, then I looked it up, oh "Job" is a name :p

Posting this here as I don't do much on other threads and it may serve as a warning to some who's eyes aren't up to scratch.

Yes, I'm one of them that once he has his perfect jpg, bins his RAWs

I've been checking over my images on flickr.............hence those also posted here and onM43. Many of them are (way) over-sharpened which I never realised prior to having cataract surgery. Some of them look like shlt with what would have been minimal noise now emphasised  Surprisingly, some have sold. They'll look even worse after I have my right eye done on Monday!:frown:

If I'd have kept the RAWs, I wouldn't be wishing that I could step back in time 12months :crying:

Lesson learned.............now to cull or not seeing as some have been faved?

If you click on the url for this image and zoom in at flckr you'll see just how badly processed they are although it can be seen here also

From earlier this year, parked along a local bayou and using the truck as a hide. I called this guy in by blowing on a Duck Commander Wood Duck Call. He swam up, hopped up on this log for a few minutes and then and swam off.
