Our local high school production of Mary Poppins. Horrible lighting, that was constantly changing, proved to be very challenging. First time doing any type of live performance. Any tips for future attempts appreciated.

You had exceptional lighting so don't think that's going to get better. It would help to post the EXIF camera info to see what was going on better but I think you did just fine...

Great pics. For #1 if you could have snapped that one from the other side the microphones would be much less prominent.

There are some excellent shots on your Facebook site, they should be very happy with what you shot for them. Some of the horizons are off making it look like they are leaning but those are easily corrected in post. Exposures and colors can also be adjusted a little more in editing. Your shots are fantastic and there is plenty to work with so a little more on editing and you can really make them pop.
