ps...Mind you thats assuming the dog vendors cart in the image is in NY? I have seen Sabrett dogs being sold outside of NY and the US but they seem to use different buns and nowhere near as good as the ones in the Big Apple

Yes in mamhattan,
The stone streets are very limited , definitely not something thats being expanded on. I think its more of a preservation type thing as you only see them in the oldest of Manhattan streets.
And a handful of brooklyn streets as well ,
