Just playing with macro, composition, light etc. Kind of being a silly, curious kid and having fun. :p

Very good.
ERT - granddaughter's initials.
Actually quite interesting.
Rose was her mother's choice, first name her dad's.
And its the R that is at focus. :-)
T is darkened. We don't speak of that aspect! :-( Long left the scene.
So quite a storey there for those in the know.

Can I pinch that and send it to her please?
She'd be tickled pink. Or Crimson.

Richard, thanks! What a sad story! I'm not sure if you can pinch it. I'll see if I can PM to you.
R is my initial :)

Thanks Renata
Yes sad, but she's got her head well screwed on and is such a lovely caring kid.
Did a stint in an orphanage in Thailand.
So things turned out well despite the initial woes.

Mm. Missed the R for Renata! Mind was elsewhere

You're welcome.
I'm glad that her head is screwed on the right way and she's a lovely caring kid.
Life is sometimes full of surprises; I could write a book about it :)
PMed you the image.
Take care,

Renata

Found this Cicada insect, about halfway out of its shell. Thought it would make an interesting macro shot! :-D
