I got a Sony 70-200 f/2.8 GM

For me it came down to the MM difference between the f/4 and f/2.8. Also the fact that I do want it for low light and action situations and Tony Northrup did a nice side by side demonstrating a small issue on the f/4 in regards to flare that would have bothered me. The reviews made it a hard decision and I might have been more willing to go with the f/4 if it had a better MM (Its 1:8...versus 1:4 on the GM or 1:5 on the Canons)

how do you like it compared to canon?

Wandered around Tokyo DisneyLAND. I didn't even know there was a Tokyo DisneySEA. Cold as ice walking around and my feet hurt.
