Overall, I am very pleased with my 6D MKII. I am coming from owning a 60D and extensively using a 6D, the AF improvements with the articulating screen was the perfect upgrade path when compared to the 5DIV.
I am going to get the 24-70II as my next lens to pair with hte body. I currently have a 100-400II and a 50f1.8 STM. The 100-400 stays on the camera about 90% of the time.

Love this scene.
I gather this has historic background. Where is it?
Very much modern but facades etc look original or what I imagine would be.
No overhead power.
Beautiful backdrop with those mountains reaching to the skies.
Very nice.

Thank you. This is from “downtown” Telluride Colorado, an old mining town turned ski resort/town. Many portions of town have the original Victorian facades. I did remove 1 electrical line in post, made a couple other Lightroom adjustments, but is a single image taken near the end of November 2018.

Thanks, I have 20x30 prints of the first two on my wall, I was very impressed with the 24-70II for landscape work, great lens!

Where do you get your metal prints? I got mine from Picture it on Canvas but I am looking for alternative shops.

I've been using Bayphoto for 5 years now for all my printing and I've been very happy. They have 2 price points. I use the more expensive one because those photos are color corrected to their monitors & are guaranteed & they replace them if you are not happy. The cheaper price is printed exactly how you send it & will not reprint if you are unhappy.

It's happened again ! My new 6dmkii will not work with the RC-6 remote release. First time it happened a Canon rep got me to do a reset,,and remove the battery. That restored the remote symbol on the 10 and 2 sec icon,,and the remote functioned again. Now after just changing the batteries in the battery grip,,the remote symbol is gone again and the RC-6 does not work ! Havn't done a reset yet,,,but this is annoying. Anyone else had this type of problem ? Will call Canon again and explain there is a problem,,,suspect its a software problem. Any other suggestions ?

Ok,,,this issue has been resolved. I had unwittingly set the "smartphone " setting to on. If this is on your RC-6 will not work. A good example of Settings Matter !
