Crosspost from the 52 week thread, been trying to catch the bus during sunset, too bad clouds disappeared, same day as my timelapse with tons of clouds.

Speaking of Indian, I recently discovered potential proof of Cherokee Indian heritage through my maternal great-grandmother Viola Jackson McPherson. She was 1/16th Cherokee according to this census card.

10 star Lee.

Thanks. I'm not too keen on it really but I think it's because the image doesn't make it look like it is in real life!! You follow the wide stream up (remember the photo of my other half stood in it a week or so ago?) it narrows, then it sharply turns left, narrows again and the waterfall is in a circular section. That shot is 21mm backed up as far as possible!

For all you drone photographers, I just read an article (below) about a parachute system that was just approved to allow operators to legally fly some DJI drones over small groups of people. Legality aside, the thought of potentially saving the drone from a catastrophic fall sounds like great insurance. Perhaps soon the company will have a product for the Mavic.

Shot this with the drone today during work. It was a bit wet so I ended up with rain on the lens and I can see it a bit in this image

Looks great Eddie. Wish we had views like that around me. Closest area with mountains is Big Bend National Park which is about an 8 hr drive.
