So it's a car thing. That accounts for my ignorance.

OhLook
Not ignorance, your knowledge base doesn't need you to focus on cars.
I owned trucks, trailers & some machinery many years ago.
Home shed night repairs were common to have equipment working for next day
I haven't worked on my own or family's car for 15+ years.
I now do repairs by phone, ring the repairer .. get him to fix it!
and am happy to do it this way

If you've ever worked under the bonnet/hood (Aust/US) of a car more than 30 years old, you would get the point(s)

Nice pun :)

It is literally ignorance, though. My areas of ignorance include sports and investment banking and much else. Nobody knows everything.

A Kodachrome of Baby K.

IMAGE: http://community.netidea.com/teekay/temp/BabyK1024.jpg

While digging out slides for my first entry here, I found some from the first roll of Kodachrome film I ever bought when they became available in England. Took this photo of one of them today. The colours haven't changed but all else has. This baby now has three grandkids and retired last year. (Original photo taken with a Kine Exakta - the first real 35mm SLR).

May I play? I realize it’s not that creative but this is the first time I’ve had anything that qualifies for the topic.:-)

Kitty, she's appeared on my patio out of the blue and unfortunately I cut the ears off :(
She's just too quick.

When you finish dusting, you can do my room. Doesn't look good for me getting to it this year again. Good one Stina.:-)
