Out of my element shooting a car.. I need to read PhotosGuy's info... I do know you need a polarizer, and a nice fully cloudy day and out in an open area, so you get no reflections

If he background shows motion, shouldn't the wheels show some too? ; )

"I do know you need a polarizer,..." I don't use mine for cars.

"and a nice fully cloudy day..." A clear sky is better for clean highlights.

"so you get no reflections..." So you get the right reflections.

It sounds like its all about the position of angle shooting for clean highlights, from what your saying. What about reflections ?

Yepp, out of my element, I did have motion on the wheels, but it didn't look right, as the rear wheel tire in the rear of wheel is not showing, and it just didn't look wright

A better angle shooting may have helped in that situation. Things I need to keep in mind the next time I try it.

I don't have CC so no spin blur filter, I had to use the radial blur. Your welcome to have a go at it

Generally, the worst reflections come from trees & poles. Take a look at the "Move" link in my Sig.
And a cloudy, solid overcast day would work if you can't see any variations in the clouds. But if you can see them, then they will show as a mottled highlight.
Also, if it's solid overcast, then you don't get the nice, warm highlights from the light on the horizon.
