The Owl pictures are all wonderful!

But someone holding an owl with bare hands???

That does not look safe at all!!

Silly me, I keep forgetting that owls are predators and the human race has to be careful, after all there are so many cases of owls attacking then devouring people as prey. I apologise Charles, you are right to be scared, especially of those great big owls inhabiting the American continent. Sleep well my friend.

They're professionals, so im sure its safe (Its a local wildlife sanctuary ive been meaning to actually visit because of their very wide range of subjects and extremely photography friendly people)

TBH i was very relieved, ive taken shots of the owls and others they've brought to the mall before with my 7D in the past and the shutter usually seemed to spook them a bit, the A7's far more silent operation seemed a lot less stressful to the animals which makes me happy
