I love shooting raptors & Kestrels are my favorite, although probably the most difficult, save owls maybe.

Got used 24-70mm f/4 lens for pretty good price. 6d2 with 24-70 setup is definately heavier and bigger than 80D with sigma 17-50mm setup. Need to go out and shoot something. Bad weather and bad work schedule.

Absolutely agree with you and these are two great examples. Is Hwy 1 open after all the landslides? (For those not familiar with the area, SixDeeFan is referring to the Big Sur coast in California, USA.)

Hard to argue with you. I took Highway 1 from Coo's Bay down to Big Sur & Monterey Bar area. It's an amazing ride, if your not in a hurry. Partly due to all the curves but mostly due to how many times you need to stop to take in the views! The only thing that comes close for me is the Highway 1 that runs along the coast of Maine. The drive from Miami to Key West ain't too shabby either. ;-)a

Just a couple photos from the Dominica Republic. Very new to the camera so still a lot to learn.
