Hard to argue with you. I took Highway 1 from Coo's Bay down to Big Sur & Monterey Bar area. It's an amazing ride, if your not in a hurry. Partly due to all the curves but mostly due to how many times you need to stop to take in the views! The only thing that comes close for me is the Highway 1 that runs along the coast of Maine. The drive from Miami to Key West ain't too shabby either.
