Assuming that the time stamps on my shots are reasonably accurate, I didn't capture it. :(

From what I have found, looks like it happened around 11:41 Eastern.

Some great shots in this thread. Here is a composite I pulled together. We had rain, but the wind was pushing the clouds through pretty quick giving us some opportunities for viewing

My guess is they aren't on The Moon. More than likely they're hot pixels on your camera sensor.

Are there other images you took in a sequence? Do the red dots show up in neighboring images at approximately the same X and Y coordinates?

I checked my other images, they are not on them. Thank you for replying! I overlaid this image with the one I took before and after and set transparency to approx 50% to see if there are spots like these on the other ones. This is the only one in the series of photos that has them.
