Great one. The reflection in the puddle is really really nice.

I need to stick with it, as I've learned with my eldest just how fast they grow up and how important it is to capture these while I can because they're over too soon! Very wise. flickr

She has become a force to be reckoned with on the court this year, the tallest of all the girls on the three teams...and has scored a ton of points...the last game the other team double teamed her to keep her from scoring...it worked...but she learned from it. From what I have read, Telescope Peak is not part of the Sierra Mountain Range. It is part of the Panamint Range. Mount Whitney over by Alabama Hills is in the ESM, but the range bordering Death Valley is not part of the ESM. Website

I spent a lot of the trip trying to put that peak in the images, because for the most part, I had not seen it represented in many images. Thank you both for that information. TRhoads Cream of the Crop More info | Jan 29, 2019 14:45 | #25150 So I had the 45 TSE and 24 TSE with me on the DV trip...and while neither got used a lot, I was glad I had them. On two occasions I used the 24TSE to do something a bit more abstract/creative..both times the light was not epic but I didn't want to just stand around...so for this one I played with shallow DoF, and tilt opposite the direction of the tilt of the camera...so its tilted and shifted, 3 landscape frames shifted up and down. I rather liked the result too...yes, the horizon has some tilt and arc to it, and I left it that way...it exaggerated the feeling of the image...I looked at correcting it and TBH it didn't look right...
