There's a rainbow all over the background that looks very strange. You shouldn't need any sort of NR at 1600 with any camera, IMO. Something looks very strange though and I was just curious. -Dane

I normally use auto-iso but I wanted to see how IBIS worked with this lens - this is probably the 3rd photo I took with it, still testing it out. Do you want to see the 100% crop?
