Yup, I think so Pag. It looks very good. In most bird shots, I have to use my shadow slider to open the dark areas up some.

Eyes on the target...despite being less than perfectly aerodynamic due to moulting, this Pacific Gull wheels around tightly as it spots a morsel below.

Shooting towards the sun in the afternoon, with sky filled with smoke haze from recent bush fires made life a tad difficult.

Never thought of the effect on flying when moulting :oops:
Beautiful bird.
Caught that well, and yes - fires are prevalent far too much lately. So sad for all the loss.

You know shalu, I have admired a lot of your pictures especially those with birds in flight. The last ones with a magpie -a very common species- prove that when you have the skills, you can deliver exceptional images regardless of the subject. Bravo !!!
