Enjoyed a weekend getaway to a State Park just a little north of me. The blockhouse here is level control for the dam that created the lake. There's a big tunnel underground, and the water goes in the front door, out the bottom, and into a small river on the other side of the dam.

Way too many cameras, lenses, tripods, and bags (especially bags, where did all these bags come from?)

If you can only take 1 camera (or if you only want to take one camera), the Fuji X100 series would be a great choice.

Sonoma City Hall. The building sits in the middle of Sonoma Plaza and is the same on all four sides so that mechants surrounding the plaza would not be offended.

The leaf shutter and OVF are so damn handy...!

IMAGE: https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7883/33580091498_3060a76bd6_b.jpg

Used My old Canon 430ex, Vivitar flash and some ancient Pocketwizard Plus IIs. When the EVF is completely black and the camera won't focus, flip it back to OVF and do your thing. Love it.

This was taken on a harsh, grey, rainy, cold morning. It's the 3/4 size replica of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington DC.

Cool. A few hours outside of Houston we have a 2/3 replica of Stonehenge. All kinds of cool things hidden in unexpected places. Where's this Wall located?
