Not exactly sure what he is doing here. It looks like he is standing in shallow water, but he was actually in the middle of the lake so I know that wasn't the case. I think he is just looking at something that he finds interesting (possibly something tasty).

Yep, I'm seriously considering that now. I'm a little worried that setting up a hide might scare them away. But, I guess they might get used to it and return to where the unlimited supply of food is. :-)

I feel like a huge majority of my bierding shots are via a hide or seriously decked out in camo.
Nothing wrong with wearing a ghille and sitting out in a field for several hours unless someone sees you
and calls the law...yep, has happened to me and not just once.
