I for one would welcome it.
There was a similar post on the boat thread.
Others may have different view.
My 2 bobs worth.

Thanks Richard, it was a few of my detail shots on the boat thread, generally liked thankfully. There was considerable crowds at the National Railway Museum, difficult to get a full shot tbh. Mind you, the shop have quite a selection of postcards, if thats what is wanted.

Sorry about the camera info, uploaded to flickr then back again to compress for the forum..

Very nice shots!

Whenever I upload first to Flickr, then back here again the camera info still appears just fine.

Do you click on the "Share Photo" icon, then use the "BBCode"?

If not, this is what I use. Try it sometime....

Two shots of new build A1 pacific 60163 "Tornado" crossing the Forth Bridge with the Edinburgh to Aberdeen and return railtour "The Aberdonian".

This side of the Forth was in shadow unfortunately.

I love the look of this type of bridge! I have never seen one in person, only here on the forum. I do wish someday I could see one in person but I am sure that will never happen. I do not travel that much, and do not know of any in the U.S. of A.

Stopped to watch the Western Railway Museum excursion run yesterday. They were running an old Portland Traction Company streetcar. The driver gave me a friendly ring of the bell.

Nice catch, my timing is always off when I go to visit, usually I always see the same ones.
