A couple from Texas, married at the Running Y Ranch in Southern Oregon.

I used the EOS R for this photo, and also used the 5DS and M5. This was my 2nd wedding with the EOS R. Shooting 3 bodies left near zero risk regarding potential card failure (which I've never had anyway). For the ceremony and reception I mounted 3 Phottix Odin triggers, one on each of the cameras.

For this wedding I decided to go with 3 bodies because the photos are indirectly connected to an outdoor show which the bride hosts. She mixes personal and show related photos on her social media.

Love that smile!

I know it has probably been answered, but on the R, can you set the aperature, set the shutter speed, and then set auto ISO?

Yes. In 'M' (manual) mode. You can also adjust EC (exposure compensation) in conjunction with that setup.

no filter, it was a different lens and aperture but that shouldn't make much of a difference. I will shoot another example next time I'm out

You have some top notch gear, so the wait should be fine.

Here's one more. This is cropped from a larger original scene. No other adjustment or sharpening.

Me too…. I'm hoping for a few things that keep the EOS R in the game. They need to come through this time with flying colours. Or its anyones guess where a bunch of canon shooters will go. I've had all three of the problem fixes.
