Scenery like this is always humbling and grounding...at least in my case. I can't stop thinking why some people believe that we humans are somehow superior. We are nothing but a speck of dust that lasts on average 70 something years but these massive formations have been around for millions of years...

More from Zion. The first morning, there was still a bit of frost on the upper peaks. Like you said ^^ this place puts us in perspective

The sun was just right, and if you look in the background, there was quite the thermal balance of wood smoke from the neighbor's wood stoves.
