Both are gorgeous. The exposure time perfect! Which is what created this delicate look of a sheer silk draped over the wet sand. Had you exposed it longer that effect would have been lost. Was that a deliberate action, Mike?

I got there early and was able to dial in the right amount of exposure time before the skies started burning

Only adjust to the photo was the black slider to get the ground and tree line a solid black.

I was sat on a log on the beach, waiting to see if something would happen and then... THAT happened. A ray of red light coming from the sun appeared in front of the mountain. What a beautiful sight!
