There's a guidebook for the 1D X Mark II, most of which applies to the 5D Mark IV. The AF sensor is the same.

https://www.usa.canon.com …k-II-AF-Setting-Guidebook (external link)

Thanks!

These are awesome shots, also your flickr page. I'm curious what lens you used.
I'll be using my 5D4 at an air show next month. With my 300 f2.8 IS II and extenders.

Thanks, Frank.

This was with the Canon 100-400 II. I don't get on well with extenders.....slows the AF too much for me.

Hi folks, I just joined the 5D4 club and have a question.

Does Canon have a EOS 5D Mark IV AF Setting Guidebook? I checked Canon USA site but don't see it. When I checked Canon Europe site,
all I can find is the pdf guidebook for the 5D3, not 5D4.

Makes me wonder if there is a pdf guidebook for the 5D4.

I too was going to post the 1Dx2 guide as well, but here's the link to a good video series;

Not a pdf, but might be of help.

Also Canon USA tutorials;
