Apr 20, 2019 19:24 | #28132 Count me in the no olives club too. I like my veggies, but olives just overwhelm everything. Two olives on a slice of pizza and the whole damn thing tastes like olives lol. focalpointsphoto.com

Apr 20, 2019 20:10 | #28133 I think its time for a new laptop. 2013 macbook pro is still going strong, but I need something that can import/batch process/export faster so I can speed my wedding work flow up. Is Apple still the way to go or are there better windows alternatives these days. I really dislike the design decisions in the new macbooks. focalpointsphoto.com

I've been busy lately at work and finishing up a paid architectural project. Yes, that's the same noise my Batis 18 makes. I haven't used it in a few months and don't trust it for paid architecture jobs. Need to send it in to Zeiss for repair. I wonder if enough people have this issue will Zeiss do some sort of recall? this just stopped me from considering the B18. i wonder if the B40 has the same issues [Sony A7R Mark 3 | Sony A7S | Sony Zeiss 16-35m f/4.0 | Sony FE 85m f1.8 | Sony FE 20m f1.8 G | Samyang 18m f2.8 | Samyang 45m f1.8 | Zeiss Batis 40m f2 | Sony FE 28m f2 | Sony Zeiss 55m f1.8 | Sony FE 28-70m f/3.5-5.6 | Helios 44-2 | Helios 44-3 | Nikon 105m f/2.5 AIS | Contax Zeiss Planar 50m f1.7 | Contax Zeiss Planar 100m f2 | Voigtlander Nokton 40m f/1.4 | Canon 24-105m f/4.0L | Canon 85m f/1.8 | Sigma 30m f/1.4 | Canon 10-22m f/3.5-4.5 | Canon 100m f/2.8 Macro USM | Canon 580 EX Ver 1.0]

But it has not been used as much. That said...it isnt going to make me sell of the B18 when I get it back from Zeiss. It is going to make me pick up a lens that can cover for it if it fails in the field. Website

Apr 21, 2019 10:02 | #28140 Funny thing about olives, I hear this a lot from some of my Canadian friends who didn't grow up with olives as part of their traditional cuisine. I have a friend of mine that will eat just about everything, road kill if it was presented to him but place a small bowl of olives in front of him and he looses it, it's become a bit of a joke when we get together.
