Classic shot of Mount Cook. I had to take it anyway. I was very surprised to be absolutely ALONE that morning. What pleasant surprise and great moment to experience. :)

And that famous Wanaka Tree. ;-)a This shot was taken when it was still very dark actually. I played with the settings just to have a bright enough image to make sure the tree was in focus and then saw the image appear on the screen and realized the potential. Love this one even more than the one I have once the sun had risen.

Absolutely fantastic shots; they bring back some very happy memories. I think Lake Wanaka is my favourite place in the world!

Back when I used to hunt, what I loved most was getting there before dawn and watching the pond come to life with the rising sun. You captured that and brought back good memories. Thank you!

I think I would clone the pallets out...

Hoping to get up there this year. It’s been 5-6 years since I went and it is only 25 miles or so up the road from me.

^^ Thanks I absolutely love that time of night on a clear sky. What it does to the rivers in the sand.

I really appreciate how exceptional Breakthrough’s NDs are. This is with their 10-stop and there is just no color cast to clean up at all.
