This. Also, for future reference, the two people blend in with the background, both exposure-wise and focus-wise, they don't stand out as the main subject of the photo. Would have been good to frame differently (to take care of the distracting background elements) and open the lens up, you had some room to do this since you were only at 1/200.

To me it looks like you took a shot of someone else's pose. They are making eye contact with someone to your left. They are obviously posing, just not for you.
