In spite of the recent comments, I'd like to point out that I am a full time nurse and a part-time beginner photographer with a love for wildlife. That being said, I'm always down for experienced people nitpicking my photos. :)

ANYWAYS...here's some pictures from Noxubee NWR in Mississippi.

That's a bit harsh when I was trying not to offend anyone

In hindsight, yes it likely was more so than I intended. I did not take your post in the positive context or spirit which it seems you intended. I know not all my shots are perfectly sharp, even the most recent one I posted a couple pages back, but that’s okay. Often there is a story or reason behind them where sharpness may not be the leading requirement (for me).

Ultimately, a lesson for me that I need to be sure I’ve finished my morning coffee before hitting “reply”.

Thanks for that. I also cannot function properly until I have had my coffee at breakfast time :-)

Great shots, love the vibrant colors.
Seems like the Sigma works great with your Nikon.
