Here's one from yesterday.

Edit: I'm not sure why the forum image hosting isn't picking up what lens I used. It seems to never tag my photos taken with the RF 24-105mm f/4. I had to add the lens manually.

Great pics! Curious what setting you were using for focusing? One shot, servo? Using small point with the new firmware update? Thanks!

1 point focus, servo on shutter priority. Tried to keep the shutter between 1/1500 and 1/3000 depending on the play. My back dial is set to exposure comp and for some reason I kept spinning that thing with my right thumb....Both ways mind you...lol.. First time using it at sports so I'll need to find something to do with my thumb apparently :) Or just take exposure comp off that dial. I have not updated the firmware yet to answer your other question.

I'm not sure why the Metadata is incomplete when I post but I updated the stats FYI.

On vacation in Hawaii and these guys entertained us for about 35min chasing each other around and through the hedge. Seemed to be a bit camera shy though, as soon as I picked it up they would run for cover.

That's about as much as I've ever even seen of them, camera or no - most of the time I couldn't even point them out to my wife. Usually they're just dark shapes flitting under the hedges out of the corner of my eyes.

Another from the lake. The flood waters just barely cover the dock.

Same here prime80. I also got $50 off the 35mm RF lens, free EF adapter, two 64gb cards and a camera bag. I gotta wait until Fri though since I won't be home to sign for it. Gotta love Amazon's Prime Day option. :-P

Let me know how you like the lens. I’m interested in it too.
