Hi Junglialoh. Thanks very much for your compliments. I marvel at cathedral and church architecture as I am sure you do. These pics have been hanging around on my HDD for ages and for some reason I didn’t bother to study their potential and run them through the Photoshop mill. Not wishing to blow my own trumpet, but I must say that I am fairly pleased with them.:-)

The statue in the foreground of the lower image is The National Firefighters Memorial composed of three bronze statues depicting firefighters in action at the height of the Blitz.

St Pauls Cathedral 2019. Picture not originally taken with the intention of matching but the Cathedral can just be seen on the left edge of the picture.
The interesting thing to note is the construction work that has evolved in the twelve years between.

Open air service in progress.
Very peaceful, spiritually uplifting and lovely, well maintained grounds.
Large spacious car parks. No entry charges - just donations.
