A couple of Poppy photos using the Yongnuo YN24EX twin flash with custom modifiers popping (or is that Poppying :p) from the sides:-).

Yep! It's the 3D printed setup. I like it the most with my 100mmL and it also works with the MP-E65mm but it's a little trickier getting it setup when pulled beyond 1:1. The modifiers are not cheap but I am impressed with the quality of the workmanship :-).

The 35-80mm f/4-5.6 III lens has the front element removed to make it suitable for macro work. Decent value for a lens that was just sitting around gathering dust otherwise

I did a first session of a vintage sword a blacksmith friend of mine took in for restoration. I’m following the sword through the restoration process. More later.
