A flower that growing wild on our farm. Looked it up appears to be in the hollyhock family. Who is familiar with this one? Uploaded from the small jpg that I sent to my phone from my camera.

I prefer the conversion. The color version is too enhanced for my taste.

I’ll go for the colour version, it’s more easily identifiable, the B/W version could have been taken from a pre 1950s book of garden flowers. Do you remember the old ‘observers’ series of books?
