My library was getting quite large and it's becoming a pain. I ran a simple utility to look for duplicate photos and got almost 5 gig of duplicates alone. Some were simple backups of a card before I reformatted but had already moved the pics elsewhere and some were working copies. Then I went into temporary tiffs I made for focus stacks and HDR images and that amounted to about 300gig. With a bit more cleanup I now have freed up over 1/2tb. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

Adds up quickly. Also I back up my phone about once a week and have gotten sloppy about deleting the older backups so I had dozens of the same picture in some cases. I've gotten my photos down to 609 gig. So much easier to back up now. Not sure why, but call me JJ.
